Tong Hai Yang (THY) first showcased its Drywall Prefabricated Bathroom Units (D.PBU®) at the BuildTech Asia (BTA) 2014, South East Asia’s leading trade show for the built environment.
The D.PBU® is developed and manufactured in Singapore under factory controlled environment. It has met all local requirements and is the first and currently the only drywall PBU system being granted In Principle Acceptance (IPA) from the Building Innovation Panel (BIP) in Singapore.
